How to use
Before applying bandage, use a cold compress to cool the affected area. This will minimise the swelling and therefore reduce the pain.
Forearm, thigh and calf bandage.
Start below the injury site.
Apply the bandage around the limb, using a spiral action, overlapping two thirds each time.
Secure with tape or safety pin.
Wrist, elbow, knee and ankle bandage.
Wrap straight around once to secure bandage.
Apply the bandage around the limb in a figure of 8 pattern, overlapping two thirds each time.
Secure with tape or safety pin.
Hazards and Cautions
Select the width of bandage according to the part of the limb to be treated. Application instructions are given on the inside of the label. The bandage should be secure, but not too tight, as swelling may develop. If the injury is severe or if no improvement is seen within 72 hours, seek medical advice.

- Handwash in hot soapy water
- Rinse in warm water
- To dry, squeeze tightly. Do not stretch, wring or iron.
