Actisorb Dressing 9.5 x 6.5cm, 50 Box. This dressing combines a unique triple action which makes it very different to regular Silver Antimicrobial dressings. Activated charcoal traps bacteria in the dressing. Silver kills the bacteria. Activated charcoal adsorbs particles/bacterial toxins. Actisorb Antimicrobial binding dressings provide an effective barrier to bacterial penetration and for absorbing offending odour resulting from wounds; the binding properties of the dressing trap bacteria, bacterial toxins and odour. Actisorb Antimicrobial Binding Dressing may help to reduce infection in partial and full thickness wounds including: Pressure Ulcers, Surgical wounds, Diabetic Ulcers, First and second degree burns & Venous Ulcers
